Daybet Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the daybet.ws website and its associated mobile application. daybet is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

Deposit

Withdraw

The following conditions must be met in order to make a withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes on average. However, in some cases, a system review or security check may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.

General Bonus Rules

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, at the time of your first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Daybet reserves the right to modify the bonus program at any time.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless daybet approves an exception in a specific case.
• Odds may change before an event begins. The odds at the time your bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, daybet reserves the right to void that bet.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet is generally refunded. However, specific sports may be governed by their own rules. Where a result is determined at daybet's sole discretion, that decision shall be considered final.

Maximum Win Limit

Daybet sets a maximum payout limit for each bet. This limit may vary across different sports and markets. Please check the applicable limit before placing your bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the daybet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account or placing bets using another person's identity.
• Participating in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in sport.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to daybet's systems.
• Using daybet for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

Daybet believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all users to play responsibly. daybet offers the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your own account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.

Daybet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found.

Account Closure by User

• For any financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
